Brian Grey

Brian Grey (a proud member of Actor's Equity) is a Joseph Jefferson Award nominated, and SARTA Elly Award Winning actor, teacher and voice over artist, based in Chicago. His love for telling stories began after being introduced to Shakespeare at the ripe age of 12, playing Antipholous of Syracuse in a truncated production of “A Comedy of Errors” at John R. Williams Elementary School in Stockton, CA. In the two intervening decades, Brian’s work has been seen all over the country. He is a graduate of PCPA in Santa Maria, CA, and holds an MFA from the Theatre Conservatory at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. In Chicago Brian’s credits include: Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Chicago Children’s Theatre, Sideshow Theatre Company, Strange Tree Group, The Bridge, and Spartan Theatre - among others.

Regional credits: California Music Circus, 3 Seasons with the Texas Shakespeare Festival, PCPA Theatrefest, Riverside Theatre, The Great American Melodrama, The Antaeus Company, and American Blues Theatre Company. In his spare time, he really enjoys practicing Yoga or relaxing (preferably on the couch) in the company of his beautiful partner Angela, and their cat, Masha Grey.
