Christopher Kale Jones
Chris was born and raised in Hawaii, and recently relocated to Chicago after splitting over a decade between New York and Los Angeles. A graduate of Northwestern University, Chris got his start performing at theatres around Chicago, including Steppenwolf, (The Ballad of Little Jo, with ensemble member and Tony winner Rondi Reed, as well as Broadway veteran Judy Kuhn), Chicago Shakespeare, and Marriott Theatre, before relocating to NYC.
He is best known for playing Frankie Valli in the First National Tour of Jersey Boys (Backstage West award, best actor), and has also performed various leading roles in musicals and plays around the country at the La Jolla Playhouse (Zhivago, pre-Broadway), Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, Fulton Opera House, and more.
Chris is an accomplished concert performer and recording artist. From 2012 to 2017, he launched a retro-rock band that continues to tour the country. Find them at www.Underthestreetlamp.com.
