He was born and raised on the south-side of Chicago until the age of 13. His mother died of breast cancer the day before his thirteenth birthday. Don has a brother who lives in Kansas City, Mo. and a sister who is an attorney in St. Louis. Don went to Christian Brothers College Prep high school in Memphis, Tn. He excelled both in academics and sports. Becoming a 4 year varsity letterman in football, basketball, and baseball. He got his first taste of acting in his high school production of Joseph and the Techni-Color Dreamcoat. Subsequently, he went away to college and graduate school. Got married and had three children. Don has lived in Palo Alto, Ca., Dallas, Tx., Boston, Mass., Minneapolis, Minn., and St. Louis, Mo. Over the last five years, Don has gotten back into the business of acting. He was the principle actor for the "Missouri Tourism commercial" that ran from 2012-2015. He was also a principle in the "Total Hockey commercial Spit Talker and Total Hockey commercial Mistletoe. Both ran from Oct. 2015 thru March 2016. He also did an industrial commercial for Wells Fargo. Plus several print jobs like the "Veterans Administration Catalog". Since he has moved back to Chicago about a year ago, Don has been busy refreshing his acting skills by taking several classes at Chicago Vagabond School of the Arts. He has taken On-Camera level 1,2,3. Commercial Spokesperson workshop and Scene Study Intensive. After many years of living other places, Don is glad to be back home and ready to take the Chicago acting world by storm.
