Grace Melon

Grace began her acting career at the age of 13 after signing with Gray Talent Group. Since then, she has worked at over a dozen Chicago theaters including Redtwist, The Side Project, Steep, Raven and Steppenwolf. Grace made her feature film debut in 2014 when she was cast in Stephen Cone's critically acclaimed movie, "Henry Gamble's Birthday Party."  Shortly after, she began writing, producing and acting in her own screenplays.

Her first short film, "Bath Salt," premiered at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival and was deemed a finalist by USA Film Festival International Shorts Competition. Grace's second short, "Purgatory," has been officially selected by nine film festivals across the country, including Toronto Independent Film Festival. The film won 3rd place for Best Drama Comedy Short at The Indie Gathering Film Festival.  "Purgatory" is still making the festival circuit.

Grace will graduate from Roosevelt University with her teaching license in May of 2021.
