Jasiana Caraballo is a bubbly and energetic 17 year old who is from the Humboldt Park neighborhood. Being born and raised in Humboldt Park, she has learned to embrace her Puerto Rican culture through dance and music. Jasiana is ready and determined to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. Over the past four years, Jasiana has discovered her love and passion for the theatre at The Chicago High School for the Arts(ChiArts) where she is a senior Musical Theatre major there. Jasiana has been involved in the main stage musicals at her school such as: Working, Sweet Charity, and is currently in SchoolHouse Rock Live! Jasiana loves to dance and sing. Her favorite type of dancing is Jazz, but can do Ballet, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Modern, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Jasiana has been singing since she was seven years old. She would only sing Pop and R&B, but broadened her vocal abilities to Classical and Musical Theatre as well. Jasiana was involved with the Musical Theatre Experience After School Matters program at Gallery 37 for two summers. She was in the musicals Oklahoma! and Urinetown there. This past summer she had the opportunity to be in the Goodman Musical Theatre Intensive. Jasiana is extremely excited to further her Musical Theatre career and to be represented by Gray Talent Group.
