Jennifer Pompa

A native Chicagoan, Jennifer studied theater & improv in Chicago’s south loop at Columbia College.  She has worked around town at various theaters, including Chicago Theater Works, Rivendell, Stage Left, Eclipse, Steppenwolf and Famous Door Theatre, where she won a Jeff Award for Best Supporting Actress as Melony in The Cider House Rules: Parts I and II.  Jennifer is proud to be a long-time member of SAG-AFTRA and her film and television credits include:  “The Jamie Kennedy Experiment”, “Eden Court”, “Imperfections”, and “The Shade Shepherd”. Jennifer also enjoys being a WTTW (PBS Ch.11) Television Pledge Host where she gets to meet and interview some very interesting and fun people (and/or an actual African Serval Cat!!).

Jennifer also works in Audiobook Narration & Audiobook Production Engineering and continues to hone her work as a Voiceover Artist.

She was a member of The Factory Theater for thirteen years.  She also worked at Navy Pier, in the entertainment department for ten years, where she was an improviser & performed in various shows, creating many characters, as well as creating the fight choreography for The Buccaneers and the Pirate Fest Sword Fighting Show.

Jennifer really loves to perform/improvise/sing/narrate/collaborate/stage-fight/etc. (both alone and with other talented artists.)  She’s also been highly rated as someone you would like to hang out with at a party, family gathering or bus station.

…She’s actually been told that.
