Jonathan Moises Olivares
Jonathan was born in Hollywood, California, but spent his life living on the hills of North Carolina. As a teenager, he studied at the UNC School of the Arts, where he lived and trained as an actor. He received a B.A in Dramatic Art and Journalism from UNC Chapel Hill.
This past year, he was one of twenty actors chosen to be part of the Professional Training Company at the Actors Theatre of Louisville. While acting on the mainstage, he had the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals in a historic theatre. During this program, he was fortunate enough to be cast in two Humana Festival shows, one of which is How to Defend Yourself, by Lily Padilla.
When not acting Jonathan is an accomplished Graphic Designer; helping tell stories in a different way.
Jonathan has decided to make Chicago his new home and is excited to make new connections and hit the ground running. A proud Latino, he's most excited to connect with his gente and see what new stories he can tell!
