Justine is a native of Seattle, WA, currently based in the windy city of Chicago. She graduated from The Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA) at Roosevelt University with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and immediately post-graduation booked the role of Katherine Plumber in Newsies at the Paramount Theatre. This performance won her great praise from various Chicago critics, including Chris Jones of The Chicago Tribune, who said, "One of the show’s real discoveries is a young performer named Justine Cameron making her professional debut; the role of Katherine Plumber rarely has been sung this well.”
Other credits include: Soloist in New Faces Sing Broadway 1956 (Porchlight Music Theatre), Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes and Rose in Dogfight (CCPA), Mistress Overdone in Measure for Measure and Cupid in Metamorphoses (Powerhouse Theater/New York Stage and Film). Justine is a lover of all things art, fashion, and design. In her free time, she enjoys playing the ukulele, hiking, reading, eating pasta, and listening to music.
