Leslie Perez

Leslie was born and raised in Oak Lawn, IL, just outside Chicago.  Leslie is funny, outgoing and is full of wit.  Her smile and laugh are infectious!   Singing and acting come natural to her.  She has been trained to play guitar and loves to write songs.  Her vocal and acting training came primarily from working with Brooke Kosowski.  From an early age she performed in plays with the Missoula Childrens Theatre Company.  Her most recent performances on stage have been through her high school at Mother McAuley Theatre where she has been part of the choral ensemble to the Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, and Footlose.  Leslie took on leading roles in “Hiding in the Open” and “Ferris Bueler’s Day Off”.

Her most recent role was an episode on the NBC show, Chicago PD.

Aside from her passion for acting she also is part of an A Capella group and performs at various events around Chicago.  In the summer of 2017 Leslie participated in the PlayBuild summer program at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago.

Leslie is excited to be a part of the Gray Talent group and looks forward to the opportunities to showcase her comedic and dramatic abilities.
