Maddie hails from Minnesota and was no stranger to the cold upon moving to Chicago. Growing up, she began performing as a dancer at her sister’s dance studio. She started acting and singing in middle school and hasn’t stopped since. In high school she started spending her summers teaching drama camp during the day and performing in the Eagan Theater at night. Maddie moved to Chicago to pursue an acting degree. She has recently graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a BFA in Musical Theatre and could not be more thrilled to embrace the Chicago scene.
Recent Chicago credits include the world premier of The Bottle Tree with Stage Left Theater and NBC's Chicago Fire. She will be appearing in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead this Spring at Metropolis Performing Arts Center. When she is not performing, Maddie enjoys exploring Chicago coffee shops, making brunch, yoga, befriending local dogs on their walk, and making music.
