For as long as he can remember, Micah has always had a deep passion for television, theatre, and the arts. At the age of 3, he was absolutely enamored with movies and children's television shows from Disney, Nickelodeon, and PBS. He was quoting lines from his favorite shows by age 5, and by age 6 he asked his parents if he could have permission to pursue his dream of acting and singing.
Micah has a way of connecting with people, displaying great charisma and empathy for others. This special character attribute opened up numerous opportunities for public speaking and singing engagements. Within the past year, Micah has sought out opportunities to develop his passion for singing and acting by joining Chicago's Voice Academy (directed by Dr. Elizabeth Sojourner), participating in monologue and commercial workshops, as well as joining the Youth Drama Ministry at his church. He has been fortunate to land acting roles in several plays, and has participated in many singing engagements as well.
When he thinks of his future, Micah believes the sky's the limit! He is also very serious about his education, baseball, and Lego building. As a High Honor Roll Student, Micah has won the Presidential Award in Academics, as well as first place winner at his school's science fair for two consecutive years!
