Tatiana Bustamante was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As the daughter of two Latin American immigrants, she is fiercely passionate about Latinx representation in the arts and is actively fighting to improve that representation within the Chicago Theatre Community. In the spring of 2018, she produced and directed a showcase (Mi Latinidad) featuring the work of 11 Latinx actors to raise money for the I Love Venezuela Foundation. The production has become an annual tradition, growing in size and support each year.
Tatiana graduated from the Chicago College of Performing Arts with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. She most recently worked at Firebrand Theatre (Lizzie), Porchlight Music Theatre (Gypsy), and Women's Theatre Company (Disenchanted).
In her free time, Tatiana loves to play video games, watch anime, and build cosplay.
