TJ Karam is a full-time actor and model in Chicago. Most recently he was the Executive Producer and Host for the Indiana Film Race and had a guest star appearance on Chicago Fire. TJ has also recently starred in indie films “Mulatto” and “The American Dream” both of which received entry into film festivals.
TJ has trained in Chicago with teachers and coaches that are working actors. He is trained in theatre, film and television as well as voice over. His majority of training though has come from his hard work from the ground up on a multitude of short and indie films. He has worked in front of as well as behind the camera with companies like Pride of Gypsies with Jason Mamoa on a major ad campaign. He understands what it takes to work on and finish a production.
TJ, born and raised in Texas, lives in Chicago with his wife and two children. He has been an entrepreneur his entire life. He works hard on his craft both mentally and physically. He has firearms training and is skilled in improve, camping, fishing, hiking, boxing, calisthenics, basketball, hockey, ping pong and weight lifting to name a few.
TJ is most happy when working in front of the camera and is looking forward to the day that he lands his fist starring role opposite of the likes of Tom Hardy or Jason Bateman!
