Vinh is originally from Houston, Tx. He is a proud graduate of The Theatre School @ Depaul University. He discovered acting in middle school when his artistic curricular requirements pressured him to find a subject out of his comfort zone. His first role was the pigeon in the stage adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. (a role he swears to this day was made up).
Vinh would continue to pursue acting in high school and college. After a successful state competition, it was brought to his attention that he was given a platform to use his voice. He is currently working on defining his voice and finding out what he wants to say to the world. He'd like to thank his late grandfather for being proud of him for pursuing the arts.
Vinh's most recent credit is Understudying at Steppenwolf Theatre Company for the role of Manford in The Great Leap. His other favorite credits include: Rom/Journalist U/s in Cambodian Rock Band at Victory Gardens Theatre and Jack in Into the Woods at The Theatre School. He has also worked on a children's show in Madison Wisconsin as well as a web series.
