Wade Elkins currently performs as a Blue Man in the Chicago production of Blue Man Group. Other credits include Blue Man Group both in New York City and aboard the Norwegian Epic; regional productions of Gay Bride of Frankenstein (Harry – Spotlight Award Nomination), Altar Boyz (Abraham), Hello, Dolly! (Ambrose), Forever Plaid (Francis), Into the Woods (Rapunzel’s Prince); and many readings and workshops of new works both in Chicago and New York City with stars including Sutton Foster, Charles Busch, Christopher Sieber, and Kathy Lee Gifford. Film credits include Bert and Arnie’s Guide to Friendship and I Am Legend along with television and commercial appearances.
Wade holds a Bachelor of Music with Honors in Voice Performance from UNC-Greensboro. While Director of Music at First United Methodist Church of Milledgeville, Georgia, he helped form and direct the Grover and Lula Mae Hill Memorial Choraliers and taught voice at Georgia College and State University.
