A graduate of Florida State University, Scot Reynolds began his career at David Shapira & Associates in 2012 where he started as an assistant before becoming a Junior agent and servicing clients of his own.  In 2014, Reynolds left for Clear Talent Group where he spent six years working in the Theatrical department in the LA office while being pivotal in the creation of the Digital department, as well as the partnership with Producer Entertainment Group representing some of the top Drag Queens in the country.  In the fall of 2020, Scot transitioned to Management working at Armada Partners while also getting into Producing acquiring his first film, a Documentary from Korea titled PLEASE MAKE ME LOOK PRETTY, as an Executive Producer finding US Distribution.  In 2021, Reynolds moved over to Rothman/Andrés where he continued Managing until 2024 when he pivoted back to the Agency side as the Director of Theatrical at McDonald Selznick & Associates.  Reynolds also served on the Associates Board of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society between 2019 – 2021.
