BRANDON ACOSTA (he/him) is an actor, composer-lyricist, and book writer based in Chicago, IL. Originally from outside Pittsburgh, PA, Brandon studied at Northwestern University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Communications with foci in Theatre and English Literature, a certificate in Musical Theatre, and the Creating the Musical Module. Brandon has been performing in plays and musicals since he was 7 years old. During his time at Northwestern, Brandon composed original scores for plays such as Sense and Sensibility and Sometimes the Rain, Sometimes the Sea. He was a collaborator on original student written musicals (State of the Art, The Secret of Camp Elliott, A Peculiar Inheritance), and he was the composer and creator of his own musical, Home for the Summer. He loves reading classical novels, playing video games, and roller blading by Lake Michigan, but more than anything, he loves to tell stories.
