Susane Lee
Born in New York, raised in Texas, Susane graduated from Duke University with a BS in Psychology, minor in Theatre. A summer drama program in London and an apprenticeship at the renown Williamstown Theatre Festival both solidified her decision to pursue acting whole-heartedly.
TV/Film highlights include guest appearances on Madam Secretary, Grey’s Anatomy, Rizzoli & Isles, Snowfall, The Soloist (opposite Jamie Foxx), and The Gilmore Girls (guest recurring). Onstage she has performed in Kim’s Convenience at the Laguna Playhouse, Medieval Journey at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, What’s Wrong With Angry? at Celebration Theater, and 4000 Miles at the Sierra Madre Playhouse.
As a multi-hyphenate artist, Susane also enjoys writing and producing. susaneLand, a dark comedy series she co-created, had its world premiere at Sundance and went on to win Best Short-Form Comedy at the New York TV Fest, Best Short Comedy at ITVFest, and Best Actress at Cinema Jove (Spain).
