Gray Talent Group is a Chicago and Los Angeles based talent agency that secures work for professional actors. We have a passion to work closely with a select number of actors to help them develop a blueprint for career success. We are unique in our commitment to nurturing diverse and hard-to-find talent.

Agency Team

Dawn Gray
President

Dawn Gray has been a talent agent for the past 17 years, placing actors in such high visibility films and television shows such as Star Trek: Into Darkness, Chicago Fire, Boss, Boardwalk Empire, and Shameless as well as on Broadway in Matilda, Christmas Story and Lion King. Prior to that she produced the film Stray Dogs, which is available on Netflix. Dawn previously ran MOMents Inc, a successful business which provided support to working parents and also has extensive experience in public relations and marketing. A graduate of Northwestern University and a former child actor, Dawn is delighted to pursue her passion of helping actors find success in this wonderful, wacky business.

Brittainy Barattia
Agent

Brittainy joined the Gray Talent Group as an Associate Agent in July of 2015. After earning degrees in Theatre Arts and Psychology from the University of Iowa, she began her career in  theatre, working in the fields of fundraising and production and stage management. In tandem with her work in the field of performing arts, Brittainy worked in the aviation industry, during which time she learned that there truly is no place like sweet home Chicago. Brittainy is delighted to be part of the performing arts community and is thrilled to help showcase the amazing talents of the actors at Gray Talent Group.

Kieran Campion
New York and Regional Theatre

Kieran Campion joins the Gray Talent team after spending 18 years as a working actor. Upon graduating Colgate University, he began his acting career in New York, where he established himself both on stage and off. He shared the stage with Paul Newman in his Broadway debut and went on to appear in four more Broadway plays, including the Tony winning “Journey’s End,” “The American Plan,” and “The Heiress.” His on camera career has included roles on “The Sopranos,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Elementary,” and many more. From Broadway to regional theater, studio films to network drama, sitcoms to commercials, Kieran has worked in every corner of the industry. His broad exposure to various directors, producers, and casting directors gives Kieran a unique perspective on the industry that helps him fit right in with Gray Talent’s actor-centered approach. He is thrilled to bring his broad experience to the other side of the table in service of the talented and passionate clients Gray represents.

Zach Gray
Los Angeles TV/Film
Zach Gray joined Gray Talent Group as an Associate Agent in July of 2012 and was promoted to a TV/Film Agent in June of 2014.  In that time, Zach has assisted on booking clients on feature films (from blockbusters to indie hits) and on television shows for channels such as FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, AMC, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, FX & Comedy Central as well as managing the business affairs for the agency.

Zach was a child actor with a resume that included performances at Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Chicago Shakespeare and Northlight. He left the performing side of the business in college and graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Communications (Radio/Television/Film) & a certificate in Creative Writing for the Media.

 

Noelle Humbert
Chicago Theatre

Noelle joined Gray Talent Group as an Associate Agent in June of 2016, and has since been made a full-time Agent. She is a graduate of North Central College, where she received dual degrees in Theatre and Business, with an emphasis in Organizational Communications. While still in college, Noelle completed a total of seven internships within the Chicago performing arts industry, which included time spent with Gray Talent Group, PR Casting and Vagabond School of the Arts. She then went on to create her own boutique theatre casting agency and serve as Resident Casting Director for Strawdog Theatre Co., Haven Theatre Co., Adventure Stage Chicago, and more, while also working with The Cast Station Chicago as their Head of Theatre Casting and a Commercial, TV, and Film Casting Assistant. She now heads up the Chicago Theatre department at Gray Talent, and speaks frequently as a guest lecturer at North Central College, in addition to being a Guest Teacher at Vagabond School of the Arts. Noelle also produces an annual fundraising concert for Mutual Ground, a domestic violence shelter and education center in Aurora, Illinois. She is incredibly proud to represent artists in the Chicago community today, and to help educate the artists of tomorrow!

Kiki Kapral
Chicago based LA/NY film and televison

Kiki Kapral joins the team at Gray Talent with 6-plus years of casting experience in New York. Kiki graduated from Indiana University with a major in Telecommunications – design and production. Shortly after graduation she relocated to New York and accepted a position in the talent development department at VH1 where she booked talent for “Best Week Ever”, “I Love the 90’s”, “I Love the New Millennium”, and a slew of the “Top 20” and “Top 100” countdowns. Kiki then spent 4 and a half years as the Casting Coordinator at Warner Bros TV Studio. There, she collaborated with both New York and LA casting directors and worked closely with studio and network executives and top creative clients. A selection of notable TV credits include: “Mike and Molly” (CBS), “Political Animals” (USA), “Suburgatory” (ABC), “Two Broke Girls” (CBS), “Person of Interest” (CBS), “Dallas” (TNT), “The Vampire Diaries” (The CW), and “Revolution” (NBC). Kiki is thrilled to be back in Chicago, her home town, and is excited to use her experience to help actors reach their professional and creative goals.

Maggie McCoy
Chicago TV, Commercials

Maggie McCoy joined Gray Talent Group full time as an Associate Agent in May of 2014. She interned in Chicago working with Gray Talent Group and Simon Casting. While pursuing a degree in Theater and Drama from Indiana University, she helped cast and assistant direct three main stage productions including School for Scandal, Cloud 9, and Guys and Dolls. She is extremely excited to pursue her dream of providing actors with great opportunities and developing a brighter future.

Carly Oros
Los Angeles Associate Agent

Carly joined Gray Talent Group as an associate agent in May 2017. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Theatre, as well as Broadcast Journalism. After graduation, Carly worked for Walt Disney World during her Disney College Internship Program. Carly started acting at the young age of six, and has been in love with the entertainment business ever since. Carly originally started her improv and comedy journey at Second City Chicago in 2015, but is most recently a graduate of the Conservatory Program at Second City Hollywood. Carly is so thankful to be a part of Gray Talent Group, where she is excited to help actors pursue and achieve their dreams.

Charlene Rhinehart
Accounting
Charlene Rhinehart started her career as a Certified Public Accountant in the financial services industry. Six years later, she found herself traveling around the world on a 6- month tour and working on the set of the most popular TV shows in Chicago. She now helps actors and aspiring entrepreneurs magnify their gifts as a career and financial strategist.
Charlene has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Community Service Studies from DePaul University.
Mike Theisen
Commercials, VO

Mike Theisen joined the Gray Talent Team full time in December of 2011. Mike began his career as an actor at the age of 8. His work in the theatre led him to Chicago to attend DePaul University where he received a BFA in Acting. In addition to his education Mike maintained employment throughout college in Information Technologies at a local Chicago telecommunications service. After graduation Mike moved to the other side of the table and began working with Gray Talent. His background in performance and passion for the business have allowed Mike to find his place in the Chicago performing arts community. He could not be more excited to have the opportunity to do what he loves to do every day: help actors achieve their goals.
