Gray Talent Group is a Chicago, Los Angeles and New York based talent agency that secures work for professional actors. We have a passion to work closely with a select number of actors to help them develop a blueprint for career success. We are unique in our commitment to nurturing diverse and hard-to-find talent.

Agency Team

 

Dawn Gray
President – She/Her/Hers

Dawn Gray is president of Gray Talent Group, founded in 2008, with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. The mission of Gray Talent Group is to develop actors and take them to the next level of their career. Consequently, Gray actors can be seen nightly on networks and streaming services. There are currently Gray Talent Actors on Broadway, and on the silver screen.

Gray was named the SAG agent of the month and was the second agent outside of Los Angeles and first in Chicago to receive the award.

Before becoming an agent, Gray produced the film Stray Dogs. Her other entrepreneurial venture was MOMents, a resource for working mothers. As part of MOMents, Gray produced a radio segment for WMAQ radio, wrote a column for the Chicago Tribune, created a monthly newsletter, ran support groups and gave talks on balancing work and family.

A graduate of Northwestern University, her first job out of college was working in the media as a writer/producer for WCFL Radio, UPI and CNN. Later she transitioned into public relations and held management positions at major agencies. Dawn is delighted to pursue her passion of helping actors find success in this wonderful, wacky business.


Brittainy Barattia
Agent – She/Her/Hers

Brittainy joined the Gray Talent Group as an Associate Agent in July of 2015. After earning degrees in Theatre Arts and Psychology from the University of Iowa, she began her career in theatre, working in the fields of fundraising and production and stage management. In tandem with her work in the field of performing arts, Brittainy worked in the aviation industry, during which time she learned that there truly is no place like sweet home Chicago. Brittainy is delighted to be part of the performing arts community and is thrilled to help showcase the amazing talents of the actors at Gray Talent Group.


Ashley Brenon
Associate Agent – She/Her/Hers

Ashley joins the Gray Talent Group team after working as a Casting Director and Stage Director in the Chicago area. After graduating from Ithaca College’s BA Theatre Studies program, Ashley made the move from Syracuse, NY to Chicago, IL to be a part of the vibrant theatre scene. In addition to completing internships at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company and Collaboraction Theatre Company, Ashley served as Casting Director for Red Theater Chicago. There, she cast mainstage shows such as 45 Plays for 45 Presidents and You Are Happy. She also worked on the 2019 Annual Unified Storefront Accessibility Auditions, which hosted over 30 Chicago casting professionals and featured deaf and/or disabled actors from around the country. Ashley is very excited to use her theatre and casting experiences to help actors flourish in their craft!


Patrick Delgado
Agent’s Assistant – (He/Him/His)

Patrick Delgado joined the Gray Talent Group team in 2019 after years of work representing actors in television, film, commercials and voice-over. He hails from the Boston area where he graduated from Emerson College before moving to LA to begin his career. After relocating to New York, he now works as Associate Agent in the TV/Film department covering projects in LA and NY. He also serves as Gray Talent’s resident film expert, dog enthusiast and deep dish skeptic. He does not go by Pat.

 


Jakub Dulak
Agent Assistant – He/Him/His

Jakub Dulak (he/his) joins Gray Talent Group as an Agent’s Assistant. A Polish immigrant, Jakub grew up in the Chicago suburbs and attended Knox College, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing & Film Studies. Jakub spent several years freelancing as a Casting Director in the Chicago scene, casting everything from feature films to viral internet videos. In the summer of 2021, Jakub moved to Los Angeles and worked on several projects, including Paramount’s The Offer before joining the Gray Talent team. Jakub’s eccentric creativity allows him to tackle challenges in unique, innovative ways. In his free time Jakub is an avid gamer, home bartender & volunteers at a local cat shelter.

 


Zach Gray
Los Angeles Agent – He/Him/His

Zach Gray joined Gray Talent Group’s Chicago team in 2012, and in 2016, moved to the West Coast to launch the Los Angeles office. As a TV/Film agent, Zach has booked clients on feature films (from blockbusters to indie hits) and many major Network, Cable and Streaming shows such as This is Us, Veep, Better Call Saul, Grey’s Anatomy, Vampire Diaries, Fear the Walking Dead, Law & Order: SVU and Modern Family. He has fostered relationships with casting directors, producers and directors in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. He has also managed the business affairs for the agency. Zach is a proud Chicagoan, Cubs fan and graduate of Northwestern University.


Noel Henry
Agent, Chicago Theatre – He/Him/They/Them

Noel Henry joined Gray Talent Group in December 2018, previously producing industrials for brands like Hellmann’s, Knorr, and Lipton. They are absolutely thrilled to be bringing their love for actors and performers to Chicago’s incomparable theatre scene and to be supporting Gray Talent’s roster of unparalleled talent.

Outside of being an agent, Noel is also deeply invested in the immigrant & QTPOC communities of Chicago (especially as a first-generation child of Chinese-Filipino immigrants) and takes immense pride in bringing community care into their work in Chicago theatre and beyond.


Kiki Kapral
Chicago based LA/NY film and television – She/Her/Hers

Kiki Kapral joined the Gray Talent Group team in 2013 after 6-plus years of casting experience in New York. As a TV/Film agent, Kiki has booked Gray Talent clients on feature films and TV series including “The Politician” (Netflix), “Magnum PI” (CBS), “The Bold Type” (Freeform), “Assisted Living” (BET), “Penny Dreadful” (Showtime), “This is Us” (NBC), “Veep” (HBO), “Better Call Saul” (AMC), “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” (Amazon), “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC), “Grace & Frankie” (Netflix), “Lovecraft Country” (HBO), and many more.

Kiki graduated from Indiana University with a major in Telecommunications – design and production. She started her career as an intern at The Late Show with David Letterman and after graduation she relocated to New York and accepted a position in the talent development department at VH1 where she booked talent for “Best Week Ever”, “I Love the 90’s”, “I Love the New Millennium”, and a slew of the “Top 20” and “Top 100” countdowns. Kiki then spent 5 years as the Casting Coordinator at Warner Bros TV Studio. There, she collaborated with both New York and LA casting directors and worked closely with studio and network executives and top creative clients. A selection of notable TV credits include: “Mike and Molly” (CBS), “Political Animals” (USA), “Suburgatory” (ABC), “Two Broke Girls” (CBS), “Person of Interest” (CBS), “Dallas” (TNT), “The Vampire Diaries” (The CW), and “Revolution” (NBC). Kiki is thrilled to be back in Chicago, her home town, and loves using her experience to help actors reach their professional and creative goals.


Maggie McNulty
Chicago TV, Commercials – She/Her/Hers

Maggie McNulty joined Gray Talent Group full time as an Associate Agent in May of 2014. She interned in Chicago working with Gray Talent Group and Simon Casting. While pursuing a degree in Theater and Drama from Indiana University, she helped cast and assistant direct three main stage productions including School for Scandal, Cloud 9, and Guys and Dolls. She is extremely excited to pursue her dream of providing actors with great opportunities and developing a brighter future.


Meezahn Senbetta
Agent Assistant – She/Her/Hers
Meezahn Senbetta (she/her/hers) joins Gray Talent Group as an agent’s assistant after working in documentary and reality TV production in Chicago. She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Radio/TV/Film and Sociology from the School of Communication. She is passionate about creating and supporting meaningfully diverse content across all mediums and is excited to be working with the Gray Talent team to uplift Chicagoland actors..

 


Maggie “Mags” Spanuello
Agent Assistant – She/Her/Hers
Mags joins Gray Talent Group as an Agent’s Assistant in the Chicago TV/Commercial department. She has previously worked as a director and music theatre educator for ten years in Chicago, Off-Broadway, regionally, and internationally. Born and raised in Chicago, Maggie is dedicated to the success of Chicago artists and is delighted to be joining the team at Gray Talent. Maggie enriches her existence being a devoted dog mom to her 15-pound terrier rescue, Dash Rendar, cooking, and traveling.

 


Jackie Gubow
Agent, NY Theatre – She/Her/Hers

Jackie Gubow joined Gray Talent Group’s New York office in 2022 after working at another agency for over five years. Her clients have worked on and off-Broadway, National Tours, in Regional Theatre, and on numerous TV and Film projects all over the country. Prior to agenting, Jackie worked at The Growing Studio and interned at Tara Rubin Casting and the casting office of Stewart/Whitley. She holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Michigan and Music Education/Musical Theatre from Oakland University.
