Simone Immanuel

Simone Immanuel is an acting graduate of Ball State University, originally from the great city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Immanuel is heavily involved with social activism and has done this extensively through organizations such as The Peoples Institute for Survival and Beyond in New Orleans, as well as the Ethnic Theatre Alliance at Ball State University. Through their art, Simone hopes to instill messages of social change and hope, within the artists of tomorrow. Their play I’m Gonna let it Shine was a Finalist for the Kennedy Center Region 3 John Cauble Award for Outstanding Short Play.
